Workforce development is one of Elite Learners, Inc.'s core programs. It is fueled by our desire to reduce violence within our communities and equip individuals with the necessary skills to enter the workforce and transform their lives and those of their families.

Our workforce development program competency training includes:

• OSHA 30: A 30-hour training in Occupational Safety and Health Administration
• OSHA 10: A 10 hour training in Occupational Safety and Health Administration
• HVAC Training
• Security Training
• Clean Energy Training
• Solar Panel Installation
• Site Cleaning
• Hands-on Power Tool Training

During our training, participants get a living wage of $20. Because we understand that while you are training, expenses don’t go away.

At the end of the program, community members will develop skills to enter high-paying jobs. We will also provide job placement for successful participants.

Our training in partnership with Bloc Power, a non-profit organization committed to creating job opportunities for those in need, has trained over 2000 people. Those are 2000 individuals empowered and 2000 families changed, and counting.
