At Elite Learners, Inc. success is not individualistic. It is a community experience. For us, S.U.C.C.E.S.S serves a key foundational concept: Socially Uplifting Community Changes and Exceeding Systematic Standards.

In short, collaborative work among community members leads to success. We help families build the type of communities they are proud to be a part of.

Our S.U.C.C.E.S.S Initiative workshop focuses on two aspects: anti-violence programs and job readiness workshops.

As part of the anti-violence program, S.U.C.C.E.S.S focuses on Crisis Management and Violence Awareness workshops. We teach interpersonal conflict resolution skills through communication, mediation, cooperation, and creative conflict resolution.

We encourage individuals to overcome underlying causes of violence within themselves and the community.

The S.U.C.C.E.S.S Job Readiness Program encompasses college preparation, academic tutoring, and internship experience. It doesn’t end there. We also include computer literacy and community service experience.
